Relationship between Exercise Practice and Subjective Health Status in the Elderly

Abstract
Objective : This study, we tried to analyze the correlation between the two by investigating the actual state of physical activity and subjective health of the elderly population using the primitive data from the Community Health Survey of the Korea Centers for Disease Control.

Methods : We analyzed it using the original data of the 2021 Community Health Survey by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We analyzed the correlation between physical activity type and practice rate, subjective cognition body type, weight control experience, subjective stress level, suicidal thoughts experience, cognitive impairment experience,subjective health level, subjective oral health level, and uncomfortable bite experience.

Conclusion : The study found that exercise practice in the elderly affects subjective health conditions. Through this, it can be presented as an objective basis for policy direction for reducing negative thinking about subjective health conditions and increasing exercise practice rate of the elderly due to increase in exercise practice rate of the elderly.
